La Chocolatine, voted best bakery in the Pays de la Loire region in 2021, has chosen Edikio Price Tag labels.

Established in Bouin since 2006, La Chocolatine bakery’s reputation has been established since it won the 2021 “Meilleure Boulangerie de France, Edition Pays de la Loire” (Best Bakery in France, Pays de la Loire Edition). With its 17 employees, the bakery offers a range of over 250 products, including home-made specialties recognized and appreciated by its customers.

Managing the labelling of these numerous references had become a real headache. for Hélène Merlet, manager of the bakery and responsible for creating and updating the famous labels.

Madame Merlet had no less than 3 ways of creating her price tags:

• The first consisted of a table grouping together each reference, created in word-processing software. The table was then printed on heavy paper, laminated and cut out by hand.

These methods had as many constraints as negative points for Madame Merlet:

• The store’s labeling was inconsistent, due to the diversity of labels, some computer-generated, some hand-written, some produced by the printer.

• Finally, the time and organization required for this task had become too great.

For all these reasons, Madame Merlet was looking for a simple, effective solution for replacing existing labels.
